Marathoner and cyclist
Teddy Ureña, born in the Dominican Republic, completed his first marathon at the age of 43 years old. In 2014, Teddy became the first Dominican to ever complete all 6 World Marathon Majors. His favorite is the Boston Marathon, which he has ran 16 times. Making him the Dominican runner with the most appearances in this marathon.
Teddy established a PB (personal best) of 2:58:12 in the New York City Marathon in 2006. He also enjoys films, music, reading, traveling and cycling.
